We hope you really love all items you purchase from Kulak Ceramic.
We believe in full customer satisfaction so please feel free to contact us, for any issues about your order.
If your items arrive damaged/broken please email a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 (seven) days of receipt including the email and your order number.
Our items are hand cast and hand-glazed. Differences in color or minor changes in shape or size might happen due to our small batch artisan production process. Please keep this in mind when you are reviewing your order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to offer replacement or credit. Please do not send us any broken items.
All items must be unused, in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Please make sure to send us an email before you ship your package back, so we know to expect it.
Use the original packaging to ensure safe return delivery of products.
We would like to remind you, all shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping and additional postage charges are considered the responsibility of the customer. We recommend return packages to be sent with trackable shipping labels. We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged products in return shipment.
Once we receive your items back we will contact you via email. After inspecting the returned product we will either send you a new product or issue store credit towards your next purchase. Please allow minimum 7 (seven) days for returns to be processed.
Our items are all hand made in Los Angeles. Once we receive your order we will contact you with shipment details. We keep our online store up-to-date however, if an item you want to purchase is out of stock, we will let you know immediately.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery of out of stock porcelain.
All custom orders are final sale.
